My Journey

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, but my career path has been diverse. I spent 10 years in the banking industry as a Customer Service Associate, where I mastered financial transactions, account management, and customer relations. This experience strengthened my ability to handle numbers with accuracy and provide exceptional service.

After stepping away to focus on my family, I managed a small business, handling inventory, sales, and financial records—an experience that deepened my understanding of bookkeeping and business operations. My passion for organization and financial management led me to pursue further training in Xero, QuickBooks, and virtual bookkeeping practices, equipping me with the latest industry skills.
